2.8in Test Cell Pedestal

A variety of sizes of Test Cell Pedestals are offered to accommodate 1.4-6in (35-152mm) sample diameters used in Triaxial and Permeability tests. The 2.8in (71.1mm) diameter pedestal is constructed of black anodized aluminum and is keyed to prevent movement while seating the sample and during testing. This pedestal also serves as a base when molding non-cohesive samples using a 2.8in Two-Part Vacuum Split Mold.
