Rotary Sifter

Rotary Sifter from Gilson Company is an improved design of the classic rotary sifter and is well-suited for granular materials from No. 4 to No. 635 (4.75mm to 20µm) particle size. Sieve stacks from 6 12in full height to 20 8in half-height sieves plus pan are placed inside the cabinet, which is tilted back for operation using a convenient side knob. No clamping is required.

The operation is quiet and dust-free in the totally enclosed cabinet. Rubber-covered rollers rotate the sieves while mechanical tappers assist particle passage through the sieve. A digital countdown timer with a large, bright LED display controls operation up to 99 minutes 59 seconds. The pause feature allows the operation to be temporarily suspended. The painted medium-density fiberboard cabinet is mounted on a heavy powder-coated steel frame. Models are available to operate on 115V/60Hz or 230V/50Hz power supply.
