Loading Buttons provide a point of uniform contact between a Load Ring or Load Cell and the test components when performing Triaxial, Marshall, Lottman, Semi-Circular Bend (SCB), and Tack Bond Shear testing. Available in three sizes:

HMA-405 Loading Button is 1/2in (12.7mm) in diameter with 20tpi threads. It is used with 100 to 10,000lbf Load Rings and 500 to 2,500lbf Load Cells.
HMA-407 Loading Button is 3/4in (19.1mm) in diameter with 16tpi threads. It is used with 5,000 to 10,000lbf Load Cells.
HMA-409 Loading Button is 1-1/4in (31.75mm) in diameter with 12tpi threads. It is used with 15,000 to 20,000lbf Load Cells.
